The customer wanted to use PPC to boost sales and increase leads for his air conditioner repair business. We tracked and measured their current performance of paid campaigns (PPC). We figured search terms that customers use to find the kind of company our customer owns. The company had invested in pay-per-click campaigns over the years but they were not getting total value. Part of the problem was that they had a website that was not mobile-friendly. It meant they were missing several customer leads. We improved their website to be responsive which led to a boost in paid search ad clicks.
